		<description>OMG!  I seriously thought these things were unique to SV Elementary.  They seemed old when WE had them 20 years ago.  (I can't believe I can truthfully say that I used them that long ago.)  If I remember correctly we only used them to learn math.  Each color was given a value of five or ten or whatever and we had to make twenty, thirty, forty, etc. in different configurations.</description>
